United Tech Labs
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how United Tech Labs handles information for AI Cyber Helpdesk, Cyber Shield, and related services.
Last updated: April 29, 2026
Information We Collect
We collect information needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. This may include:
- Account details such as name, email address, login provider, and plan status
- Authentication and session records needed to keep your account secure
- Cybersecurity prompts, pasted text, selected text, URLs, page titles, scan results, reports, and saved history you choose to submit
- Usage information such as scan counts, feature access, timestamps, and subscription status
- Support messages, screenshots, and troubleshooting details you send to us
- Operational logs used for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and reliability
Cyber Shield Extension Data
The Cyber Shield browser extension only sends content you choose to scan. Current page scans send the active tab URL and title. Paste scans send the text you paste. Right-click scans send selected text or clicked links.
The extension does not collect full page content automatically in the MVP. It stores endpoint settings and your Extension Token in browser extension storage. Do not store passwords in the extension.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide AI cybersecurity analysis and generate reports
- Authenticate users and protect accounts
- Enforce plan limits, usage limits, and entitlement checks
- Process billing, subscriptions, cancellations, and support requests
- Detect abuse, investigate security issues, and protect the platform
- Improve reliability, product quality, and customer support
AI Processing
Content you submit for analysis may be sent to AI service providers so the product can generate cybersecurity guidance. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment card numbers, government IDs, or other highly sensitive information unless necessary for support and you are comfortable sharing it.
AI responses provide general defensive cybersecurity guidance and are not a guarantee of security.
Billing and Payments
Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own servers. Billing providers may process payment details, invoices, tax information, subscription status, and transaction records according to their own policies.
When We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us run the product, including hosting, authentication, AI processing, analytics, email, payment processing, support, logging, and security tools.
We may also share information if required by law, to prevent abuse, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information, including secure transport, access controls, backend entitlement checks, and token-based authentication. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support business operations. You may request deletion of account data where applicable.
Your Choices
- You can choose what text, links, or page information to scan.
- You can clear or regenerate your Extension Token from the dashboard.
- You can cancel subscriptions through the billing portal when available or by contacting support.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or help with privacy questions.

United Tech Labs services are intended for business and general adult use. They are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
