Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to United Tech Labs Cyber Shield and AI Cyber Helpdesk subscriptions and related digital services.

Subscriptions
United Tech Labs subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period unless cancelled earlier where required by law or by our billing provider.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal when available, or by contacting support at support@unitedtechandsolutions.com.
Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but does not automatically refund charges already paid for the current billing period.
After cancellation, paid features may remain available until the end of the current billing period, depending on your plan and payment provider status.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may approve a refund where there has been a duplicate charge, billing error, accidental purchase, or a technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the paid service and cannot be resolved.
We generally do not provide refunds for unused time, change of mind, failure to cancel before renewal, or issues caused by third-party systems outside our control.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@unitedtechandsolutions.com with:
- Your account email
- The date and amount of the charge
- The plan or service purchased
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots or payment receipt details
We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the payment provider or bank may take several business days to return the funds to your original payment method.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
If a service has a major problem or we are legally required to provide a remedy, we will handle the request in line with those obligations.
Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan, the change may take effect immediately or at the next billing period depending on how billing is configured. Feature access and usage limits may change after the downgrade.
