Risk Fusion Engine

Many signals. One clearer decision.

Cyber Desk combines relevant technical, message, payment, trust, and context signals to help you decide whether to proceed, verify, avoid, or escalate.

How it works

Evidence is combined before guidance is shown.

The engine is designed to make the important signals easier to understand. It does not replace antivirus, a bank, legal advice, backups, or professional incident response.

Collect context

Review only the link, message, file note, invoice wording, payment request, or saved scan context that you choose to submit.

Compare signals

Consider domain shape, redirects, reputation, urgency, impersonation, payment changes, Trust Vault matches, and privacy-safe history.

Explain the decision

Return a risk level, confidence, warning signals, plain-English explanation, and a recommended next action.

Signal families

What can contribute to a review?

Links and domains

Lookalike domains, character substitutions, misleading subdomains, shorteners, redirects, HTTPS, DNS, and header context.

Message intent

Patterns associated with credential theft, invoice fraud, payment redirection, delivery lures, recovery scams, and malware lures.

Pressure and urgency

Language such as urgent, final notice, verify now, payment due today, or account suspended is treated as context, not proof by itself.

Payment changes

Changed bank details, new account information, wire-transfer pressure, or requests to bypass a normal process can increase concern.

Trust Vault matches

Saved suppliers, domains, contacts, login pages, and payment references can be compared with a new request.

Confidence calibration

Confidence can increase when independent signals agree and stays conservative when the submitted context is limited.

Decision outcomes

Guidance that supports the next safe step.

SafeLow-risk context with no major warning signals.
VerifyNot enough trusted context to proceed confidently.
SuspiciousImpersonation, wording, or low-trust signals need caution.
High risk or EscalateStrong credential, payment, compromise, malware, or business-impact signals mean you should pause and involve an appropriate trusted person or provider.

Boundaries

What Risk Fusion does not claim

Does a result guarantee safety?

No. Cyber Desk provides defensive decision support. A result is not proof that a website, file, message, or payment request is safe.

Does it run intrusive scans?

No. United Tech Labs reviews the content and context you choose to submit and does not run arbitrary commands or intrusive testing from this workflow.

Where can I use the result?

Review the decision in Cyber Desk, save eligible investigations as reports, compare relevant information in Trust Vault, and escalate when the situation needs human verification.
