Chrome Extension Help

If Cyber Shield is not connecting:

1. Open the United Tech Labs dashboard.
2. Make sure you are signed in.
3. Generate or copy your Extension Token.
4. Open the Cyber Shield extension.
5. Go to Settings.
6. Paste your token and click Test Connection.

If the issue continues, contact support with your account email, browser name and version, a screenshot of the issue, and a brief description of what happened.
