United Tech Labs is built for defensive cyber triage. Cyber Shield and the workspace analyse content that users choose to submit.

Information we process

We may process account details, workspace settings, plan status, scan prompts, selected browser content, uploaded screenshots or files, reports, and support messages needed to operate the service.

Data minimization

We minimize stored scan content by default. Raw pasted text, selected browser text, email bodies, incident notes, screenshots, PDFs, and uploaded files are used during request processing and are not kept as permanent raw storage by default.

Files and scan content

Uploaded files are temporarily processed and cleaned up automatically. Scan history stores sanitized previews, risk metadata, and structured analysis results rather than full sensitive raw content.

Saved reports

When you choose to save a report, United Tech Labs stores structured findings such as risk score, confidence, summary, red flags, recommended actions, prevention controls, escalation guidance, sanitized indicators, and workspace metadata. Saved reports are not intended to store raw files, passwords, private keys, MFA codes, banking details, identity documents, cookies, or session tokens.

Service providers

United Tech Labs uses trusted providers for authentication, billing, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and AI analysis. Secrets and payment data should never be submitted in scan content.
