Terms of Use

Terms for using United Tech Labs.

By using United Tech Labs, you agree to use the service for defensive cybersecurity guidance and lawful purposes only.

Service use

United Tech Labs provides AI-assisted cyber triage for suspicious links, phishing emails, scam messages, screenshots, files, reports, and incident guidance.

Accounts and billing

You are responsible for maintaining account security, workspace access, plan usage, and payment details. Billing is processed through third-party payment providers.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for offensive security activity, intrusion, exploitation, credential theft, malware, harassment, abuse, or unlawful activity.

Risk guidance, not a guarantee

United Tech Labs provides cyber-safety guidance, triage, and risk assessments based on the information available at the time of review. A Safe, Verify, Suspicious, High Risk, or Escalate result is not a guarantee that a link, message, invoice, file, sender, account, or payment request is safe or unsafe.

User responsibility

You remain responsible for deciding whether to click, pay, reply, open a file, log in, change account settings, contact a bank, involve an IT provider, or escalate to a qualified professional. You should independently verify sensitive requests through official websites, known contacts, banks, platform providers, or your security team before taking action.

Financial, legal, and incident limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, United Tech Labs is not responsible for financial loss, business interruption, legal exposure, data loss, account compromise, or other damages resulting from scams, phishing, malware, business email compromise, payment fraud, user action, user inaction, third-party systems, or sophisticated attacks. United Tech Labs does not provide legal, banking, insurance, law-enforcement, managed security, or professional incident response services.

Limitations

Outputs are guidance based on available signals and submitted context. They are not guarantees of safety, complete incident response findings, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for security controls such as antivirus, endpoint protection, MFA, backups, staff training, bank controls, and approval workflows.
